I AM dwij nath today in this article i will describe some about bodybuilding.
What is bodybuilding?bodybuilding is an art bodybuilding is the use of progressive resistance exercise to control and develop one’s musculature for aesthetic purpose in all over world everybody likes bodybuilding infact nowadays women also.
Bodybuilding it not also fit our body it fit our mind also and gives us strength.
For better result and for good fitness we have to maintain the diet plan,better sleep,protein foods etc.
BEfore starting any exercise at gym or home the first thing is ‘warmup’.Warmup means free hand exercise.Some of exercise running ,jumping jack& stretching ex…
NOt doing warmup and first entering into the gym and start exercise there may be injury in our body back pain ,joint pain etc.warmup should be done atleast 8 to 10 minutes.
WHY SHOULD WE HAVE TO DO WARM UP?
ANS:warmup make growth up in muscle and make a body flexible .
